Welcome to RETO, an app developed by BB Solutions SG. By using the RETO app (the "App") and its services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Introduction

The RETO app is a platform developed and owned by BB Solutions SG, headquartered at 30 Sturdee Road, Unit 16-05, Singapore 207852. The App connects users with vetted service-providing companies, offering a range of services based on the users' needs.By accessing or using the RETO app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately stop using the App.

2. Definitions

"RETO"
refers to the mobile application developed and owned by BB Solutions SG.
"User" refers to any individual or entity who uses the RETO app to access services.
"Service Provider" refers to a company or individual that has partnered with RETO and offering services to users through the App.
"Services" refers to the services offered by Service Providers and accessed by Users through the RETO App.

3. Eligibility

To use the RETO app, you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your account information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.


5. Services Provided

RETO connects Users with Service Providers offering a variety of services. RETO does not provide services directly but acts as a facilitator between Users and Service Providers. RETO's role is to vet Service Providers for quality assurance and act as a mediator in case of any disputes , but it is the Service Providers' responsibility to fulfill the services as agreed.

6. Service Providers' Responsibilities

Service Providers are required to maintain certain standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism in providing their services.
- RETO reserves the right to suspend or remove any Service Provider who fails to meet these standards or violates these Terms.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to Service Providers.
- Users agree to pay for services rendered as per the terms outlined by the respective Service Providers.
- Users must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

8. Payment

All payments for services provided by Service Providers through the RETO app are processed via third-party payment gateways. By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms of the payment service provider.

9. Ratings and Reviews

After using a Service, you may be invited to rate and review the Service Provider. Your reviews and ratings should be fair, honest, and respectful. RETO reserves the right to remove any reviews or ratings that violate our content guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

RETO respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, available within the App.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the RETO app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BB Solutions SG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BB Solutions SG, its affiliates, and Service Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any damages related to the services provided by Service Providers.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, particularly if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your account and access to the App will be deactivated, and any unpaid dues must be settled.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes.

15. Changes to the Terms

RETO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
